Our team of therapists offer support with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships and life challenges.
All therapists work within a trauma-informed framework and are supported by our Clinical Director an accredited attachment-informed IFS EMDR Therapist.
When you contact the practice, we will match you with the therapist best suited to your need and availability.
Lorraine is an accredited EMDR practitioner with EMDR Europe, an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
She works with adults, children, adolescents, and couples, specialising in trauma, PTSD, attachment difficulties, and the long-term effects of adverse childhood experiences. She is also adoption trained and experienced in supporting adopted adults, children, and adoptive families.
As Clinical Director, she oversees the clinical work of therapists within the practice and offers specialist therapy where appropriate.

Jenny brings extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across all life stages. With specialist training in systemic family therapy from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, she offers a relational, holistic approach to emotional well-being.
Jenny is passionate about helping clients strengthen connections, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, empowering space.

Jane brings a warm, compassionate approach to counselling, supporting clients through bereavement, separation, job loss, and major life transitions. She works with both adults and children aged 10+, creating a safe space to explore emotions and build resilience.
Jane also offers faith-based counselling for those seeking support grounded in Christian values, blending emotional and spiritual care.
Available Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
Person-Centred Counsellor

Kate is a person-centred and integrative therapist who works with children, teens, and adults, offering sessions in therapy rooms, online, or outdoors. She supports people through grief, domestic abuse, and neurodiversity, creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for growth. Kate is a registered BACP member, accredited NCPS member, and Wilderness Therapist, currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision.

Michaela is a warm, skilled counsellor with specialist training in working with children aged 6+, as well as adolescents and adults. She has a particular focus on supporting clients with autism and ADHD, helping them build confidence and develop practical coping strategies.
Using play therapy alongside evidence-based counselling, Michaela creates a relaxed, engaging space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Chris is an experienced therapist specialising in CBT and EMDR for trauma, PTSD, and psychosexual difficulties. He works with both adults and adolescents, offering tailored, evidence-based support in a safe and professional environment.
In addition to one-to-one therapy, Chris facilitates group therapy and provides clinical supervision for fellow professionals.

Integrative Counsellor

Tricia is a compassionate, integrative counsellor offering online support for grief, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. With specialist training from St Francis Hospice and a Diploma in Grief & Bereavement Counselling, she brings warmth and expertise to every session.
She also has experience in addiction support and holds additional certifications in Transactional Analysis and working with anxiety and depression.
Online sessions available Tuesdays to Thursdays.

As a late-diagnosed dyslexic and parent of a neurodiverse child, she brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to her work.
Denise works in a visual, compassionate and person-centred way, helping clients feel truly seen, heard and understood. She offers a calm, friendly and safe space for children, teens, adults and parents navigating anxiety, low mood, overwhelm or exhaustion.
With a strong neurodiversity-affirming approach, Denise helps clients explore challenges, recognise strengths and find ways to thrive—whether you identify as neurodiverse or simply feel your mind works a little differently.
