Fees & Sessions
We believe in being completely open about our fees. Below you’ll find everything you need to know — who we work with, what kind of therapy we offer, and what each session costs.
All self-referring clients are asked to pay at the time of booking to confirm their appointment. We accept bank transfer and major credit and debit cards.
Not everyone who comes to us needs the same thing. We offer three levels of therapeutic support — each delivered by qualified, accredited practitioners working under the clinical governance and supervision of our clinical lead. If you’re not sure which level is right for you, our free 15-minute telephone consultation is the best place to start.

Booking & Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
- We accept bank transfer and major credit and debit cards
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged at the full session rate
- A free 15-minute telephone consultation is available before booking — no commitment required
Health Insurance
We are recognised by WPA health insurance. If you hold a WPA policy, you may be able to claim for sessions — please check your policy details and contact us to discuss.
We are also listed as an approved practitioner with Aviva. Please contact your insurer directly to confirm your cover before booking.
We are a private practice and are not NHS-funded. We do not currently offer a sliding scale fee structure.
Adoption Support Fund (ASGSF)
We are a registered provider with Adopt London East and deliver ASGSF-funded therapeutic support for adopted children and families. The Adoption Support Fund provides up to £3,000 per child per year for specialist therapeutic support.
If you are an adoptive family working with a Regional Adoption Agency or local authority, you may be eligible for ASGSF funding. Please contact us directly to discuss a referral — we can help you navigate the process.
