Benfleet Counselling is an established therapy practice providing professional support for indivduals and couples accross Essex.

We are committed to offering high-quality, professional therapy in a safe and supportive environment. Our fees reflect the experience of our therapists, the depth of clinical training within our team, and the professional setting we provide.

Choosing the right therapist is an important investment in your wellbeing, and we aim to be transparent so you can make an informed decision before starting therapy.

We offer therapists with a range of experience levels to ensure you can access the right support for your needs.

Individual Therapy

Associate Therapist – £78 per 50-minute session

Experienced, fully qualified therapists offering supportive and effective therapy for a wide range of difficulties.

Senior Therapist – £84 per 50-minute session

Highly experienced clinicians with additional training and a strong track record of helping clients create meaningful change.

Specialist Therapist – £108 per 50-minute session (longer sessions available if required)

Advanced practitioners with specialist training suited to more complex, longstanding, or trauma-related difficulties.

Couples Therapy

Our couples therapists are experienced in working with relationship distress, conflict, emotional disconnection, and major life transitions, providing structured support to help you move forward together.

Couples therapy requires advanced relational expertise and focuses on helping partners understand patterns, improve communication, repair trust, and rebuild connection.

– £120 per 60-minute session with our Specialist Couples Therapist

Reduced-Fee Spaces

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may occasionally be available with selected therapists. Please enquire with our admin team for current availability.

Payment

Sessions are payable in advance of your appointment by Bank Transfer or Payment Link.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged the full session fee.
