We offer a wide range of therapies, including EMDR, CBT, Integrative Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Counselling. We also provide individual, couples, and family therapy, either online or in-person.
If you’re unsure which approach is right for you, we’ll help match you with the best therapist for your needs based on your enquiry.
This varies from person to person. Some clients attend for just a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We offer therapy on a session-by-session basis, or in blocks of 6 or 12 sessions. Your therapist will regularly review your progress with you and help you decide what feels right.
Therapy sessions range from £78 to £108, depending on the therapist’s experience and the type of therapy. If a specialist approach like CBT or EMDR is recommended, we’ll always discuss any fee differences with you before booking. All of our therapists are highly trained and experienced.
