Individual Therapy

Tier 1 – Associate Therapist

An accessible and supportive starting point for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties

Delivered by: Accredited Associate Therapists

  • Supports: Anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, autism, addiction, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress
  • Approach: Delivered by experienced, accredited therapists working within our clinical framework
  • Duration: 50 minutes
  • Fee: £85

Tier 2 – EMDR Trained Therapist

Ideal for clients seeking trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR

Delivered by: EMDR-trained Associate (working towards EMDR Europe accreditation)

  • Supports: Trauma-informed therapy, PTSD, EMDR for trauma, anxiety and depression with a trauma component
  • Approach: Delivered by therapists with additional specialist training in trauma and EMDR
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Fee: £108

Tier 3 – Specialist

Child & Young Person

For complex or specialist presentations requiring advanced clinical expertise

  • Experience includes: Work with looked-after children, children’s homes, and young people in residential and local authority care

If you have a policy with either provider, your sessions may be fully or partially covered.
