Individual Counselling is provided on a 1 to 1 basis.

Integrative counselling is offered which means that I’m able to use a wide range of counselling approaches, which enables me to assess your needs and offer a unique service to each individual.

I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), TA (Transactional Analysis), SFBT (Solution Focussed Brief Therapy) Person Centred, Pyschodynamic and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

People seek counselling for many types of reasons but they all have one thing in common and that is they are unhappy with the way their lives are and want to change it.

Change can be difficult and can bring up a whole wealth of emotions. I’m here to support you through that journey.

You will be able to discover new skills which you never knew you had.
